At Jenny Packham, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition with all security tags attached.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the item in its original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all original tags, hangers, and garment bags are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box and schedule a collection or drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team has inspected and approved the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
